This app is gaining traction and some projects are utilizing this app and a 7-10 tablet as their primary gauges.Amazing layouts and user configurable The Torque app has some amazing pre configured layouts but is also completely configurable to your desires.
Torque Pro Pid List Bluetooth OBDII ScanAlthough I havent tried them all, the BAFX Products 34t5 Bluetooth OBDII Scan Tool for Android Devices seems to work the best on various manufacturers.
It can be found on Amazon, Ebay, etc for around 25.00. Oil Pressure - GM The Torque Pro app has been out for some years now. Until recently oil pressure (2003 engines) was not obtainable via the app in that GM did not make the oil pressure a standard OBDII protocol, it was a GM specific PID (specific data stream). I do not take credit for this but it has been floating around the internet for awhile. Torque Pro Pid List Manual Add TheBelow are the steps to manual add the GM Oil Pressure PID to the Torque Pro app. Near as I can tell the range is just the numbers on the dial, as to the b and a in equation I dont know but it seems to be absolute or relative numbers from the sensor. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding. However, Ive found a goodly amount of sensors that dont work (like IAT and coolant temp). I was wondering if anyone had a list of the PIDs for different sensors for Honda. Im in same boat as you, cant get it to work either, according to ktuner they are standard pids. The plug-in is by Ian Hawkins. You need Torque Pro for plug-ins to work.) The plug-in will scan your PIDs to find whats active. Ive seen this mentioned, but havent tried it yet because Im lazy AF. I tried it tonight and it still does not work, installed lan Hawkins plugin as recommend and there is no data for Intake Air Temp or Coolant Even tried running the extended PID and it didnt find any. Same. The plugin did look to pick up a few things, but IAT and coolant are still dead. Tried iOS and android and several different obd dongles including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Coolent Pid: 0167 Equation b-40 auto, that should give you the engine coolant temp sensor. Ill go through the rest later today and post what else works. Thats awesome, I was able to get coolant to work on dash command, however cannot get intake temp to work. Torque Pro Pid List Update If ItIm going to try a range of -40 to 215, and an equation of a-40 later, Ill update if it works better. I can test any pids or variations you need me too, can you explain what difference a-40 and b-40 means I quite dont understand them, also will range make sensor read diff I thought it was just a dial range I also have the Auto Scanner so will be able to confirm true readings. I know we have 2 IAT sensors and 2 ECT sensors, see below pic. Also did you test out and get the 0167 pid to work for ECT that was posted here. I did the 0167 works, entering a-40 as the equation makes the IAT read -31ish degrees so no good there.
